For the past couple of months, the teams at La Motte and Leopard’s Leap have been working with Liam Tomlin, one of the world’s great chefs and culinary entrepreneurs, on a number of projects. During the same time Liam has opened Chefs Warehouse in Cape Town to much acclaim. The Chefs Warehouse is part culinary retailer stocking only the finest merchandise and part demonstration kitchen featuring only the finest chefs.
