Visiting Institute Paul Bocuse

My travels in France have also taken me to the Institute Paul Bocuse in Lyon. The institute, which offers courses in culinary arts and hotel management, was named after the world famous chef Paul Bocuse who is the co-president of the institute.

The institute, housed in a 19th century château (in photo above) in the midst of a 17 acre park, is very exclusive with a total of 400 students and has a worldwide reputation for excellence.

In the photo at the top, I am with Chef du Restaurant Saisons Alain Le Cossec.

Explore the culinary expertise at the renowned Institute Paul Bocuse and its impact on the world of fine dining.
