The Chef’s Hat at La Motte

Having being impressed by the tall, grand chef’s hat worn by legendary chef Paul Bocuse during our visit to Lyon in France, I brought some back similar hats for Chris Erasmus, the head chef at Pierneef a La Motte. I think it suits Chris well.
