I spent the last two days at the Paul Bocuse Institute in Lyon with my wife Hanneli and her daughter Berdine. We had a tour of the world’s famous cooking school and met with key members of the institute to discuss possible future opportunities with them and our culinary efforts in Franschhoek, which is regarded by many as the culinary capital of South Africa.
