Cook Franschhoek, a two-day event where one can learn to cook with Franschhoek’s chefs and taste with the valley’s winemakers, is underway and La Motte is proud to be participating.
La Motte winemaker Edmund Terblanche and Pierneef a La Motte chef Chris Erasmus were in action Friday and will be back in the spotlight on Saturday.
Chris, above in photo, taught guests how to make pig’s head cheese with truffle mayonnaise and pickled vegetables.
