At La Motte we are gearing up for the Franschhoek Uncorked festival which takes place this coming weekend of 10th and 11th October. Uncorked is one of the best wine festivals in the country and gives the wines estates in Franschhoek the opportunity to share our wines with visitors.
Jenny Prinsloo, CEO of the Franschhoek Wine Valley and Tourist Association, described it as “a discovery of the senses and has been designed to take visitors through this beautiful valley allowing them to experience not only our famous wines and cuisine but also uncover gems that will be the sort-after wines and culinary experiences of tomorrow.”
I hope those of you in Cape Town and the winelands areas will drive through and celebrate Uncorked with us.
