During my recent trip to Europe I was fortunate to attend a chef’s table with Michelin star chef William Drabble at Seven Park Place restaurant at the St James’s Hotel and Club in London. The experience was educational and entertaining. The meal was exquisite and included seared scallops with braised Jerusalem artichokes, poached lobster tail with cauliflower, assiette of Lune Valley Lamb with garlic purée, and iced lemon chiboust for dessert.
