Pietie le Roux’s title is senior farm manager, but his importance to La Motte can not be measured in a title. He is an integral, and quite frankly an indispensable, part of La Motte. Very little on the farm happens without his involvement and that is probably why very little goes wrong. Pietie recently celebrated 25 years with La Motte and we celebrated that milestone in style.
