I recently posted a small extract from PriceWaterhouseCoopers’s report titled “The South African Wine Industry: Insights Survey 2010”. Above is a useful table taken from the same report (click on the table to see a larger image of it) showing the average tons pressed per cultivar from the 2005 to 2009 harvests.
