As part of its run-up to the 2010 FIFA World Cup, Austrian national public service broadcaster Österreichischer Rundfunk, better known as ORF, produced a series of programmes on South Africa. One of those featured La Motte and interviews with Hanneli Rupert-Koegelenberg, my wife and owner of La Motte, and Edmund Terblanche, La Motte’s winemaker. In the programme, which can be seen here, Hanneli and Edmund discussed La Motte’s rich history, classical music and, of course, the wines of La Motte.
